SBX Japan

ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The SBX Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, develop the Garuda platform, which consists of a set of “gadgets” that may automatically discover each other and exchange data. Project name: OpenTox gadget on Garuda.
Such gadgets provide data access and GUI analytics to researchers. In this way, Garuda has become a highly modular and user-friendly environment for biological data exploration and analysis and is being used both in academia and industry.
Based on OpenTox APIs and our existing data warehouse experience, Edelweiss Connect is working together with SBX to develop the first toxicological components for Garuda, including gadgets for data access and analysis, with the goal of creating a powerful integrated environment for toxicological research.
